Marketing Your Home
Homes, neighborhoods and communities all have things that are unique to them. To market them successfully you have to be able to tailor your marketing efforts around those things. Here are a few examples of how I market for my clients, and how it is a benefit to you. My goal, with every listing, is to showcase your property in media venues that expose it to the greatest number of potential buyers. I position your property so it’s SEEN by buyers interested in purchasing a home, and are ready to buy.
What I do to market your home?
- More than 90% of homebuyers today find their home on the internet and actually purchase it. That is powerful! So I spend many of my efforts there. How do I do it:
- Selected print and luxury on-line magazine ads
- Networking with the local Realtor community through Realtor tours allows your home to gain the extra exposure to those with clients looking for a home in your neighborhood.
- My partnership with LuxuryRealEstate.com allows me to gain international exposure for my listings.
- As a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing I have the ability to reach yet another network of highly skilled agents both nationally and internationally.
